Terms of Use

This website is operated by Delta Quest Inc (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using this site, you agree to the following terms of use.

Disclaimer

We strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information, but we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

Copyright

All content on this site (texts, images, design, programs, etc.) is the property of Delta Quest unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

We handle your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. It applies to our websites: www.deltaquest.co.jp, the Iron Caravan sites lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp and ironcaravan.jp, and the DeltaQuest Games site games.deltaquest.co.jp. Our apps have their own privacy policies (for example, the At All Costs app privacy policy).

Information We Collect and Why

On these websites, we collect the following information for the purposes stated:

• Information you enter in an enquiry form (such as your name, email address and message): to answer your enquiry, arrange events and otherwise contact you
• The address of the first page you viewed and campaign tags (such as utm_source) sent with an enquiry submitted through the “Enquire about an event” form on lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp: to see which ad or post led to the enquiry
• Usage information collected by analytics tools (on www.deltaquest.co.jp and games.deltaquest.co.jp only if you accept cookies; on ironcaravan.jp and lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp from the moment a page loads, except for visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or whose location cannot be determined, for whom it is collected only if they accept cookies): to understand and improve how the websites are used and count enquiries (see “Analytics, Ad Measurement and Cookies” below)
• Browsing information collected by the Meta Pixel on ironcaravan.jp and lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp from the moment a page loads, except for visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or whose location cannot be determined, for whom it is collected only if they accept cookies: to measure and help deliver our ads on Facebook and Instagram (see “Analytics, Ad Measurement and Cookies” below)
• Information the servers receive when you load a page (such as your IP address, browser details and the URL requested): to deliver and operate the websites

Hosting and Enquiry Forms

The websites are served by Vercel Inc., a US company. When you load a page, Vercel receives your IP address, browser details, the URL requested and similar information, and records them in logs (Vercel privacy policy).

Messages sent through the contact form on www.deltaquest.co.jp reach us by email through Vercel Inc. and Plus Five Five, Inc. (the provider of the Resend email service). The form itself gives the details.

Messages sent through the “Enquire about an event” form on lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp reach us by email through Vercel Inc. and Plus Five Five, Inc. (the provider of the Resend email service). The form itself gives the details. In addition to the information you enter, the email includes the address of the first page you viewed (a page on ironcaravan.jp or lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp, without its query string) and, if the link you arrived by carried campaign tags (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar tags), their values. We set these values for each ad or social media post, so everyone who uses the same link gets the same values; they do not identify individual visitors. We use them to see which ad or post led to the enquiry. They are kept temporarily in your browser's session storage and passed in the link URL when you go from ironcaravan.jp to the form. No cookies are used for this.

Analytics, Ad Measurement and Cookies

These websites use the two analytics tools described below. On www.deltaquest.co.jp and games.deltaquest.co.jp, we use them only if you accept cookies. Until you accept, the tools are not loaded and no information is sent to them. You can use these websites fully without accepting. For ironcaravan.jp and lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp, see “The Iron Caravan Websites” below. We do not use these tools for advertising, and their consent settings also indicate that advertising uses are declined. In addition, www.deltaquest.co.jp, games.deltaquest.co.jp, ironcaravan.jp and lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, whether or not you accept (see “Vercel Web Analytics” below).

Google Analytics (Google LLC)

The page URL, the referrer (the page you came from), your browser and device type, screen size, language setting, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location) and interactions such as page views and scrolling are sent to Google. We also count completed enquiry forms and clicks on some buttons; for these, we send only the form type, the page language and answers to multiple-choice questions, never your name, email address or message. To tell visitors apart, a random ID is stored in cookies (_ga and cookies starting with _ga_). The _ga cookie is shared across our sites on deltaquest.co.jp. When Google Analytics is active, links between ironcaravan.jp and lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp may carry this ID in the URL (the _gl parameter) so visits can be counted as coming from the same visitor. After you stop measurement on a website, pages you open there neither pass on nor read this ID. We have set Google Analytics to keep event data for 14 months (about data retention).

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation)

The page URL, the referrer, your browser and device type, screen size, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), page content and interactions such as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling are sent to Microsoft and shown as heatmaps and session recordings (replays of activity on the page). What you type into input fields is always masked and is not sent to Microsoft. Text on the page is masked too: email addresses and numbers on www.deltaquest.co.jp, and all text on lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp, ironcaravan.jp and games.deltaquest.co.jp. Clarity stores the _clck and _clsk cookies on our websites' domain and may store cookies such as MUID on Microsoft domains. How long the data is kept is set by Microsoft.

Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., to count page views and how many times “Accept” and “Decline” are chosen on the consent banner. It does not use cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it runs when a page loads, whether or not you accept. It receives the page URL (query parameters other than those starting with utm_ are removed before sending), the referrer, your browser and operating system with their versions, and your device type. Vercel determines your country, region and city from your IP address. When you make a choice on the banner, only that choice (accept or decline) and the website name are sent, with no ID. According to Vercel, visitors are counted using a hash created from the request, and visitor session data is not stored permanently but is discarded automatically after 24 hours (Vercel Web Analytics privacy information). Your choice under “Cookie settings” in the footer does not apply to Vercel Web Analytics.

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

On the Iron Caravan websites (ironcaravan.jp and lasertag.deltaquest.co.jp), we also use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and help deliver them. We do not use it on our other websites. The Meta Pixel loads when a page loads, except for visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or whose location cannot be determined, for whom it loads only if they accept cookies. See “The Iron Caravan Websites” below for how to stop it. Meta receives the page URL, referrer, browser and device details, and your IP address. It also receives information about pages you view, when you successfully submit an “Enquire about an event” form, and when you click certain buttons. We do not send the information you enter in the form, such as your name, email address or message, and we do not use Meta's advanced matching. The Meta Pixel stores a random identifier in the _fbp cookie on the website's domain. If you arrive from a Meta link containing a click ID, that ID may be stored in the _fbc cookie. Cookies set on Meta's domains may also be sent to Meta. Meta handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy and may link it to information from Facebook or Instagram accounts. Meta sets the data retention period.

Changing Your Choice (www.deltaquest.co.jp and games.deltaquest.co.jp)

On www.deltaquest.co.jp and games.deltaquest.co.jp, your choice is stored in your browser and remains valid for 365 days, after which we will ask again. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you choose Decline, each tool stops collecting data, and cookies stored on our websites' domains (_ga, cookies starting with _ga_, _clck and _clsk) are deleted. Our websites cannot delete cookies stored on Microsoft domains. You can delete them in your browser settings.
